Can I pay cash for food & beverages?
To provide a quick and contactless experience, we are now fully cash-free at our bars and concession stands. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, tap-to-pay and mobile wallets.
I just bought tickets and they say “A $35 Dinner Voucher Has Been Added to the Ticket Price.” What does this entail?
We offer preferred seating which require the purchase of dinner on the night of the show. Your $35 dinner voucher includes salad, three entree options, and dessert (excludes beverages and gratuity). We request you arrive 2 hours prior to show time in order to enjoy your meal. You are welcome to check out the menu for the evening on the show’s event page.
Can we bring in outside food or beverage?
We do not allow outside food or beverage into the venue.
Only a factory sealed water bottle be brought into the venue.

Is the Grove of Anaheim for all ages?
Yes. We are an all-ages venue, unless otherwise stated. Everyone age 2+ must have a ticket to enter the venue.
Is the Grove of Anaheim wheelchair accessible?
Yes, we offer Equal Access seating. Please call our box office at 714-712-2700 for seating options.

Do you offer any group sales discounts?
Yes, for select performances. For groups of 10 or more, please contact groupssales@groveofanaheim.com for more information.
Can you scan my ticket from my phone?
Yes, or you can present your paper ticket at the entrance.

Can I purchase tickets with cash at the box office?
The Grove of Anaheim's box office does not accept cash payment for tickets or parking purchases.
Miscellaneous
Can I bring my purse, bag, or backpack into the venue?
Bags and purses can be no larger than 5 in. x 9 in. x 2 in. to be permitted and are subject to manual inspection, including clear bags. All other purses/bags/clutches will not be allowed into the venue. Backpacks of any size are not permitted.
For all events, guests who require a diaper bag or purse/bag for medical items, such as prescription medication, breast pumps, and other special medical equipment, can bring a bag no larger than 12 in. x 12 in. x 12 in. These medical and diaper bags must undergo additional screening and inspection. The Grove of Anaheim does not offer a bag check; guests are advised to plan accordingly.

- Camera equipment: selfie sticks, camera mounts, gimbals, stabilizers, tripods, monopods, microphones, and other external equipment
- Clothing – any item of clothing with derogatory or obscene language that could be considered offensive to other guests and/or gang attire of any kind
- Coolers
- Confetti
- Distribution of promotional items, flyers, handbills and/or printed materials is not permitted without written permission of The Grove of Anaheim. In addition, vending, peddling, or product sampling is not allowed
- Glow sticks
- Hoverboards
- Illegal drugs of any kind
- Laptops and/or tablets (non-sporting events only)
- Laser pointers
- No outside food or beverage items are allowed into the venue, including water bottles/containers (filled or empty). Exceptions may be made for medical reasons or baby food.
- Reusable straws made from glass or metal
- Streamers
- Strollers
- Toy weapons, including toy guns, swords, lightsabers, or any item that resembles a weapon
- Wallet chains
- Weapons – this includes law enforcement personnel not present in an official capacity. Weapons include, but are not limited to: firearms, explosives, stun guns, handcuffs, brass knuckles, sticks, clubs, batons, martial arts instruments, pepper spray, tear gas, knives, etc.
- Wrapped gifts
Can I bring my camera or recording device?
Cameras with lenses longer than six inches are prohibited inside. Detachable lenses, regardless of size, are not permitted. Flash photography is not permitted. The camera policy is subject to change dependent upon the event promoter’s requirements for each event.
The following camera related items are not permitted: camera bags, video cameras, mountable cameras (i.e. GoPro), selfie sticks, camera mounts, gimbals, stabilizers, tripods, monopods, microphones, and other external equipment.

What time do the parking lots open and how much does parking cost?
The parking lot opens 1 hour prior to door time and parking is $20 per car, via credit card or mobile payment, on the day-of-show. Discounted parking rate available if you pre-purchase parking here or at the box office.
I’ve already been inside the venue; can I leave and come back in?
In an effort to continue the highest level of safety and security, Grove of Anaheim enforces a “no re-entry” policy for all ticketed events. Once a guest who has had their ticket scanned for entry leaves the arena, they will not be permitted to return using the same ticket.

Can I smoke at the Grove of Anaheim?
Our venue is smoke and vape-free.
